Compatibility
grumpydragonsoft applications are compatible with Windows Mobile 2003, Windows Mobile 2003 SE, Windows Mobile 5.0 , Windows Mobile 6 (Classic or Professional), or Windows Mobile 6.1 (Classic or Professional).

If you are having difficulty with the software, whether it is installation or operation, please fill out the support form on the Development page.

grumpydragonsoft applications are designed to take advantage of the touchscreen.  Non-touch devices may find difficulty in navigating the forms, even if the applications fit the device’s screen. If you find you would like to run the software on your non-touch device, please email me with the make and model and I will look into it.

Versions
There are several versions of each software, the web page will always display the most recent version. When the version changes, it is most likely due to a minor adjustment of the software and has no bearing on previous versions. However, If you would like to be kept informed as to when there is an update for your form, please email me.

Import/Export
grumpydragonsoft forms provide the user with the ability to export the file as a comma delimited ASCII text file. The exported data can be easily imported into a favorite spreadsheet for further editing. In other words, the user can build the file on their desktop and then copy and import the file into their hand held device. Please see the pdf file I have posted.

Simple Installation Instructions
This is how easy it is to install the software onto your hand held device:

1. Download the zipped file from the website and save onto your desktop.
2. Extract using WinZip, PkZip, 7-Zip or any other zip extractor program.
3. Unzip to a folder, preferably with the same name as the form to help you find it.
4. Open the folder and look for Setup.exe.
5. Double-click Setup.exe.

Please note that I receive many emails about the software and it sometimes takes me a little time to respond. However, I will try to respond to your email as soon as possible. If you are having trouble with the software, or you cannot find a particular answer on the FAQs page, then please feel out the support form found on that page.

On going website and Product Support

Everything on this website is a creation of mine. I didn’t take someone else’s software and change it a bit to make it mine. It was all built from the ground up. I do not have a web creator that has created this site for me.

How many other software authors take the time to provide online guides to help you understand and utilize the product to its fullest potential?
