What is Slum Lords?

Anyone who has rental property knows it can be a pain keeping up with all the on goings of the tenants. There is the occasional leaky faucet, the iced up air conditioner, the rickety backdoor steps. As a property manager, not only must you keep up with the maintenance of the property, but you also need to have vital information with you while you are checking the property out for proper wear and tear.

Most of the time you lug around your bookkeeping material: paper and pencil. When you have your information, it is back to the office to enter everything into another medium, such as your computer. At this point it is painful to enter ALL information correctly.

2. Extract using WinZip, PkZip, 7-Zip or any other zip extractor program.
3. Unzip to a folder, preferably with the same name as the form to help you find it.
4. Open the folder and look for Setup.exe.
5. Double-click Setup.exe.
