What is Prescriptions?

Prescriptions is a form used to store information you are taking or what has been prescribed by your doctor. The form stores alot of useful information and its importance becomes clear when you see your doctor or need information about your prescription.

Prescriptions also helps you to track any side effects encountered by the combination of medicines, including mood swings. You can also keep a list of all your doctors and the pharmacies you visit. See the guide for more information.

With Prescriptions, you always have vital information next time you see your doctor.

Prescriptions is available for several types of devices. Please choose the correct version for your device.

Prescriptions is also available for the LG Incite and the HTC, but only in Portrait mode.

1. Download the zipped file from the website and save onto your desktop.
2. Extract using WinZip, PkZip, 7-Zip or any other zip extractor program.
3. Unzip to a folder, preferably with the same name as the form to help you find it.
4. Open the folder and look for Setup.exe.
5. Double-click Setup.exe.
